During the time DXA has been running, we estimate that about 18,000 people watch DXA during the day. The first day we were live with it, we estimate that over 100,000 feeds to DXA were open in the first two hours. Enough to use up the the memory allocated to the server swap file, causing the server to become unresponsive. We made adjustments and since then DXA has been quite stable. The weak link (sic) in it is the satellite. Their system 'hickups' every now and then causing dropped data packets which result in calls either not being shown, or disappear.
But, apart from these obvious first generation type issues, we are interested to know if our DXA users find the application useful. Do you like the display? Is the information relevant to your needs? Can you suggest other features that would be of interest to you?
